Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how our return and refund process works:

  1. Eligibility:

    • You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are non-returnable.

  3. Return Process:

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

    • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:
